Won’t your mother in law be impressed🤣 Mine always is when I delight with little gifts like these.

I have created 5 letter size pages of these tags, all with different options for you, which read as follows:

  1. Happy Thanksgiving | Cinnamon Cranberry Apple Sauce

  2. Happy Thanksgiving | Blank (you can write in whatever it is you made)

  3. Blank, no type, just berries (These would be great as Christmas gift tags since they are red and green)

  4. Merry Christmas | Cinnamon Cranberry Apple Sauce

  5. All four versions above on one page, 3 labels of each one.

Cinnamon Cranberry Apple Sauce

Every year I make cranberry sauce for the holidays. My family does not like traditional cranberry sauce, so over the years I have adapted the traditional recipe and added apples and cinnamon to make a version they prefer.

I use the recipe on the back of the bag of cranberries, I just add 2 cinnamon sticks and a few peeled, cut up apples.

Remove the cinnamon sticks before putting into jars.

WARNING

If your significant other sees these, you may be roped into making 25 of them for his/her coworkers😜

My kitchen was a little cranberry sauce factory last week. All good, since I work from home and don’t have office mates, it’s nice my husband lets me shares hi

SUPPLIES TO MAKE 2 INCH ROUND BERRY TAGS

Since you are reading this and probably a little “extra” like me😜, I will include all of the supplies you will need to make these tags.

(They are all clickable Amazon links, I may earn a small commision if you purchase, at no extra cost to you, thanks🤗)

I print out my stickers on an Epson Ink jet printer ET-2800

I don’t love it, it prints very pale, but I do love the eco tank, you just refill the ink yourself when empty, and the ink it lasts a very long time.

SUPPLIES I USED

1. 2 inch round sticker labels: 30 letter size sheets/360 labels. Already cut stickers, easy to peel.

All printers vary, sometimes when I use these, the stickers are slightly misaligned and not centered in the circle. Use with caution. For this reason, I prefer to use full sticker sheets and cut out with a scissors or 2 inch paper punch.

I set up the files to be compatible with this TEMPLATE 22807 . So any sticker sheets that work with this template 22807 ashould work.

2. Full sheet stickers Letter size: My preferred choice. Provided you also have the 2 inch paper punch( listed below)

3. White card stock: I also like to print hangtags using card stock. Don’t forget the hole punch( ee below).

4. Fiskars Round n' Round Punch - XL Squeeze Cutter for Paper - Arts, Crafts, and Scrapbooking Supplies - 2" Circle

I love this, and have been using mine since 2015. I used to cut out all of my circles with a scissors, very time consuming and not so professional, my circles were a little wonky.

5. Mini Hole Punch Set: I love these and have been using for many, many years. They are smaller than standard hole punches, perfect for hang tags on gifts that are small, they just make a tiny hole, enough for twine or thin ribbon.

6. Twine: I prefer baker’s twine and natural jute. I can never find the Christmas baker’s twine close to Christmas, it always sells out, so buy some now. It will last for a few years.

7. Pinking shears: This is for the fabric circles that I used to put on top of my jars. This is optional, but adds such a nice “ extra” touch.

8. Fabric: Any thin fabric will work. I used quilting cotton. The gingham is from my StudioE Fabric latest collection, Cottage Farmhouse Fusion.

If you want to use the same, just Google it and online shops that carry it will pop up.

So there you have it.

A fun way to dress up your homemade treats.

Don’t forget, the blank tags would be great to use for Christmas as gift tags

Happy making, let me know if you use these, I would love to see what you do with them.

XO Maureen
