Grateful Practice Printable
A grateful heart is a magnet for miracles
Did you know that the act of being grateful may make you happier and healthier?
A recent Harvard University Study showed that people who wrote about gratitude were more optimistic,
exercised more, and were just overall happier.
We often get caught up with what we don’t have, that it is easy to forget all that we do have.
Print out one of these gratitude printables I made for you, and you will be one step closer to living a happier and healthier life.
There is no right or wrong way to practice gratitude. You do you.
here are some tips to get the most out of your new practice :
1. Thank someone, either mentally or verbally, or with a handwritten note. (It may be yourself!)
2. Count your blessings. Pick a number and don’t stop until you identify that number of things you are grateful for.
3. Keep a gratitude journal. Make it a habit. Daily, weekly, monthly. Whatever feels right for you.
(Or use this printable)
4. Pick a quiet time to meditate and really think about what you are grateful for.
